Been to a gastro specialist--Toronto--and long story short, I was given medication for H. pylori.
I had them order the tests, one (ELISA) came back positive, and they wanted a confirmation using the "breath test". This test is very accurate using beta isotopes.
The hospital lost the results, but I insisted we treat anyway.
Since I established credibility with the doctor, he complies with any test I want.
The results are: metronidazole or FLAGL is working.
The metallic taste is from the nickle salts in the formula, and it can be hard on kidneys in some cases....I digress.
So the burning after eating has been resolved for now.
Problem: The main source of my ailment is an unknown
parasite with plasmodium spp. origins.
It is basically amoebic in mature form. It strips bowel of colonizing bacteria, and leaves tissue exposed to irritation and possible co-infections (such as h. plyori).
I may now follow-through with an experimental therapy using bovine cytokines.
I will obtain this through processing fresh cow liver.
The aim is to have foreign animal antibodies and precursor serum proteins bind with
parasite gycoprotein and hope to activated cascade.
I will report effectiveness if it occurs.
