i feel like nothing I do fixes the redness. the only time the redness goes away is when i go on vacation.
i CAN control the dandruff by eating certain types of foods... but the redness stays.
can you guys give me some tips on how to handle redness? i dont want to use steroid creams.

This is a reply to # 2,290,475It gets better when you go on vacation. Does that imply a beach trip? I'd say that equates to possibly a couple things.
1. Stress is lower on vacation
2. Swimming in ocean salt water and sunlight.
Wash your face with Dead Sea Salt in warm water twice a day. I use Bokek.
