At first I was using the saline enemas that you can buy almost anywhere, but I found this to be too much to be shopping for enemas all the time so I staeted making my own enemas using coffee and vinegar. You can buy a reusable enema bottle, If you are really backed up u may want to go that route. I dont know how often u shld do it because i have no idea how backed up u are. Iam told its ok to do daily if your case is severe. I fill the bottle with coffee and add a few drops of vinegar to it. Almost every enema releases all kinds of jelly and fuzzy looking things. (Candida, worms ect..) some people do not like enemas and say to try to "go" as naturaly as possible, drinking prune juice or castor oil or exlax ect...
