Riverswept, yes it can be challenging, it's all mental though. Like today for example, our coworkers went out to a filipino restaurant here in california for lunch break, I just drank water while watching them. I'm on day 5 right now and I'm noticing that it's becoming easier to not think about food and wanting it so much.
As far as detox symptoms, nope I haven't really had any except maybe for being a little tired or breathe hard sometimes. The reason why this fast is much easier on me is because I had short fasts recently and I had quite bad detox symptoms like persistent headaches that would last DAYS in one corner of my head.
It's day 5 today and I'm kinda of excited about the possibility of making it to day 30! I just hope days keep going fast or faster lol.
