It only took a couple of months to regain most of my vision and the process is simple.
Best done first thing in the morning while the eyes are rested. Also, do not put your glasses on before you do this.
I go sit on my back deck and pick out several objects to focus on. Close, far away, and a few in between. Focus on an object that is as far away as you can really focus on. Then focus on something close. Then try to focus on something farther than before. 15 to 20 minutes a day, trying to focus further away each day, as far away as you can.
Do not get discouraged as it can take several weeks to really get improvement.
I can now actually focus on a pine tree two blocks away, well enough to distinguish features like pine needles. Of course, at that distance it is not going to be perfect.
It does work. I went from being 20/200 or even worse to 20/25 left eye and 20/35 right eye. Good enough to fly without corrective lenses ( I do need to keep reading glasses handy ).
I am currently sitting about 40
inches back from the computer screen as I type.
