Don't strain to eliminate, it's your insides telling you there's more on the way that makes you feel like staining. No, only regular enemas (water and salt water) help contribute to dependancy.
coffee enemas do not disturb the gut flora of the colon, and they are meant to be absorbed, not to rinse out.
If you feel constipated, then you need more magnesium in your body.
coffee enemas gave some magnesium, but more is needed in cases of constipation. Yes, I do feel that too at times, and then an hour later my body eliminates more waste.. I use foot soaks of magnesium chloride and
Epsom Salts to help with the magnesium levels. Both salt and coffee intake need Mg to help them work efficiently.
I don't do
coffee enemas daily, but use fiber-rich fruit and veg to help with the bowel health. That is one thing no other treatment can replace!
Search ''rope worms'' on this site and you will get many threads with pictures of them. The reports say they come in different colors, but break apart easily when touched. Biofilms are bacterial goo-structures built of
Sugar (polysaccharide) chains, and people have reported getting them out with coffee enemas, herbal cleanses, and psyllium and
Bentonite shakes. One of the things that clued me in is that they are a similar thickness of the small intestine, sometimes have a tubular shape, and often carry bits of half-digested food in them.
Herbs are good at getting biofilms to let go! And they are indeed parasitic, nasty. Blech. But no fear, nom and flush, nom and flush.. (Fruit and veg, fruit and veg, liver flush, cleanse-cleanse :)
