Hi all, haven't posted in this forum in a bit, you can usually catch me over at Barefoots forum though
Since 2012, after ingesting dirty food at the age of 20, I became infected, or at least overwhelmed by (as I'm sure we are all born with some amount of worms), roundworms and other parasites. Took me about a month to figure it all out
I tried Humaworm, and sensed scattering, and became scared silly of herbs. Tried various drugs, none of them worked consistently, only saw worms come out once with ivermectin, and once with albenza, out of the MANY MANY MANY times I've taken them. If I could go back, I wouldn't have taken them and I hope I haven't done too much damage to my body
I've experimented with low carb lifestyles, etc, and had an intense fear of
Sugar and "Feeding the parasites"
Recently, ive tried another herbal formula, one with less
Wormwood and
Black-Walnut , and several others. High amounts of
Wormwood and
Black-Walnut really rile them up in other parts of the body, but I believe they are always there anyways, its just very uncomfortable to experience. I still them,
Wormwood and
Black-Walnut I mean, I just don't always dose up highly. I deworm everyday.
Tinctures are much better than dried herbs. And no, not
Clarkia
I've been eliminating tons and tons of balls of worms, everyday, for about 2-3 months, sometimes it slows down, then picks up again, but always eliminating worms
Whats my diet at this point? TONS of fruit. Yup. Sugar. At first I was VERY afraid of trying the fruit approach, and suffered panic attacks, but i'm glad I stuck through with it. Your body's preferred fuel source is that of sugar, and its your body that needs to control the
parasites and help you out. I'm not sure how long ill be eating tons of fruit, but if anything, its really helped me overcome my foob phobia of sugars, at least natural sugars.
I also had a slight white coat on my tongue, and a weird black line on one of my toes that all since have disappeared. I assume it was fungus related
Am I cured? What is cured anyway? I am better than yesterday, which is all I can ever really be.
I will continue deworming and experimenting, maybe switching off the fruit diet and a more normal varied diet and judge how much it affects the deworming process. I'll keep everyone posted
I feel like for me, its time to stop obsessing over having worms though, life comes quick, lets enjoy it. Want an ice cream or pizza once in a while? Cool, enjoy it! But don't make it an everyday habit of course. Lets just strive to move forward in our journeys, even if its the smallest step. I'm not saying forget about worms either, do all you can to be worm free, but live your life simultaneously!
Hope this helped somebody out there, wishing you all well, interested to hear your guys experiences too!
