Hello All,
I am about to start the master cleanse. I have a few questions. I am doing this diet to lose weight first cleanse second.I have done this diet many years ago and lost at least 25 lbs quickly.
SALT:
Do i have to do the salt water flush? I remember years ago when I tried this diet the water was so salty I could not drink it. I wonder if I added to much but I dont know how much i used.
TEA:
When is the best time to take the tea before bed or in the morning or both? How much tea should I drink?
CAYENNE PEPPER:
I remember last time my drink had strong cayenne taste. I can't remember how much I used I read i need to use 1/10 of a tsp. Is that a pinch?
What does the lemon do and what does the cayenne do? I believe the maple is for nutrients.
Is their any tricks or things to do to make this diet more effective?
Do you think doing this diet and using garcinia cambogia is okay. I am wondering if its even necessary.
How many glasses of lemonade should i drink if im trying to lose weight?
Should i cut the maple syrup down a bit?
I am 264 lbs male and I do not exercise or work out but i am on my feet all day. I walk for about 40 minutes a day. besides standing up for 8 straight hours and moving around.
I also am trying to do this diet cheap as I am saving for a long vacation in nyc but I will pay what i need to, I really want to lose as close to 40lbs as possible in 6 weeks.
