Hello,
I have been reading about water fasting for about a year now. I have read many books and posts. I have already had a week's water fast, so that I can observe the process and be aware of the different steps my body passes.
I am really concerned about endometriosis. I have read that water fasting might affect endometriosis, but I haven't found any women cured from endometriosis from water fasting.
I have gathered here my questions about this problem. Specifically, my questions are:
1. Has anyone from you (or someone close to you) had endometriosis in the past and cured through water fasting?
2. How many days did you/she fast until you/she was cured?
3. Do you know if the fast came in the last days of the cure, or did it progress steadily until it was cured?
4. Does the fact that a women is thin result in a faster cure (recovery from endometriosis)?
5. Were/was you/she in pain at the tammy's area, at which days and for how long?
I am sorry for all these questions, but before I do something or suggest to somebody else to do something like that I would like to have as much information as I can.
Also, please don't give me any generally-talking answers. The forum and Internet are full of those. I really need specific answers on this matter.
Thanks everyone for reading and helping :)
Thank you both for answering!
DesertLili, thank you for finding these videos for me. At the first and the third video is the same girl, but nontheless this is some evidence :)
Archus, I wouldn't expect that if a woman was healed in 10 days, every other woman's body would react the same. I just try to gather some real life evidence and data.
About question #3, I would like to know if the cure/recovery comes steadily during the whole period of the fast or if it can take place in just a few days (i.e. from day 18th to 21 of the fast). Again this doesn't mean that everyone would recover in the same way, but it might give us an idea of how the body recovers from endometriosis.
Also, about question #4, I am asking if during the healing period the woman felt any pain at the area surrounding the ovary and in case she did; at which days of the fast did this happen.
I have also one 6th question :)
I know that there are some ways to tell that its time to cut the fast, like true hanger, or constant vomiting or even a feeling that something bad will happen.
My question is:
Is there a body mass that when a woman reaches that body mass, she should immediately stop the fast?
Thank you again for taking the time to read my posts and respond.
