Hi everyone,
For the past month and a half I have been cycling through a series of health crises. It was originally triggered by
Hulda Clark 's 18-day
parasite cleanse (not Cl**kia, but a form in which only the Black-Walnut Hull is tinctured) and by drinking 2-4 liters of water daily with Himalayan Pink Salt. I felt wonderful initially, but then a long process to health began, punctuated here and there by very brief periods of feeling better and better. During that time I also began doing daily coffee enemas, which flushed out all sorts of matter: dead parasites, compacted feces, and what looks like mucoid plaque and the occasional white Candida speck.
My question is this, Given sufficient material, does the body kill Candida on its own?
I ask because about 5-7 days ago, after 2 days of substantial reduction in my clinical
Depression and a near absence of
parasites in my enema, I began to feel constantly nauseous and have diarrhea as the healing progressed down to my abdomen. I began to feel other Candida die-off symptoms: breakouts, extreme anger/depression, fatigue, brain fog,
Sugar cravings, poor articulation, MASSIVE insomnia (which only ever happened on a 7-day Candida diet stint a while back), etc.
Last night my night sweats returned with a vengeance where they had been gone for 2 weeks--nightmares on the other hand are strong as usual--and this morning I noticed that both my urine and my enema results were very cloudy whereas before they were very clear (or... as clear as a
coffee enema could be).
Is my body eliminating Candida? I'm not on any special diet, excepting that I no longer drink coffee or tea. I might occasionally heat milk at night with nutmeg, brown sugar, and cinnamon. But my intake consists mostly of:
Bananas
Cherries
Strawberries
Watermelon
Cantaloupe
Water
Honey
Tofu
Pepperjack/Gouda cheese
Whole grains (quinoa,
Cookies/brownies*
McFlurry (a little drive-thru ritual with my best friend)*
*I eat sweet things to cope with an absence of pleasure/engagement during my depressed or fatigued states
Meats make me a tad nauseous at this stage, so I tend to avoid them. But when I do eat them they're the usual chicken or steak.
So... yeah. I'm confident that what I've been going through is just a long healing crisis, but am I right in suspecting that my body is going after all the Candida in my intestines?
Thank you so much for the help,
Dawn
