After suffering from Candida for over 20 years, following so much bad advice and tips, and being able to heal after reading one small internet post made by them, I am trying to help all the others like me. :-) I am glad to hear. Yes, like I said in my other post, using it was the turning point when I actually for the first time started to heal. I was passing out tons of dead candida and weird stuff, and about a week into the process, it was very clear to me that this is working. From that point on, everything I did seemed to work towards the right direction. What the candida expert group explained to me, was that all the die off symptoms I had were a result of my colon being congested, and what the oxy is doing, is clearing this waste out, so your body gets rid of all these toxins faster.

I tried a form of Oxypowder called magO7 and it made me worse. There is a lot of magnesium oxide in most Oxypowder s (which is not the best form for our condition). I do think colon cleansing is good, but different things work for different people and for me simple castor oil does the trick. If you have a serious condition though, a Colon Cleanse will not cure you (it is not a magic bullet). It will, however, help you move towards better health.
