What is your height? You can lose weight in many ways, juicing
and exercising, watching what you eat and exercise, etc. but fasting is the best because you not only lose weight, you also detox and chances are can keep the weight off after you start eating.
My suggestion for fasting with water only is not to exercise.
Working and fasting never works, although I have done it many times. Usually I tell people that I am not eating today and had a big breakfast so most of the people lay off. I have also tell everyone that I am juicing
and that seems to. Be more acceptable. I have also been bold and told people the truth, that I am fasting.
If you have to work and be stressed it is better not to fast. You can also do small fasts, which I have done as well. I fast on a Friday and continue till Monday or Tuesday.
