Do you mean kill the eggs before they hatch?
From what I have read, there is nothing that will do that.
The eggs of some
parasites seem to lie dormant until changes in temperature occur and then they hatch. Then the nymph can be killed.
With mites, I realise why nothing kills eggs. The egg is like a grain of sand, pearlised white and hard as can be. Nothing would penetrate that.
I dont know about other
parasite eggs, but I imagine the bastards have a fantastic armour of mucous or chitin or other impenetrable structures.
