I have a question for long term practitioners of the five tibetans. Would really appreciate your answer :-).
In your experience, do the exercises really reverse aging, as "shown" by the incredible testimonials in PK's book? I have seen a few pictures of aging celebrities who advocate the 5 tibetans but they have gray hair and wrinkles.
So I am curious if anyone on this forum has actually experienced reversal of aging, including the typical claims of hair color returning to normal and skin getting healthier and younger?
I have read the book and practiced the 5 exercised for a few months. But I stopped because of a tailbone injury which is still healing....I hope to resume one day. I experienced increased energy and reaching enough sleep in less hours (7 instead of 8-9).
I haven't done the exercise #6 because I am married and my partner is not ready for a celibate marriage.
So I am not clear if the aging reversal is to be expected only with 6 exercises or even with 5. I understood that the 6th one is for increasing spiritual development. I already meditate (TM) for 20+ years and do yoga so I am evolving on that plane as well.
