Not sure what you mean by 'chlorinated salt' -? I use
Sea Salt , the main ingredient of which is sodium chloride NaCl.
So yeah, after starting doing saline purges (which is not the same as the commonly practiced salt purge), I discovered that for years I had been chronically deficient in sodium. And recently I ran into a copy of my bloodwork from back then -- everything was 'normal'.
It's impossible to not need salt, cause it's our main electrolyte. The body can adjust to low levels of Na+, but it comes at a price, the very least of which is that it can't function optimally.
As for 'calcifications' -- I don't think those hardened lymph nodes were calcified. No. Rather, lymph congeals when it does not have enough Na+, that's what I think. .. and it was amazing how fast --only 2-3 times!-- the long-standing issue was resolved.
Since then, I'd rather overdose on sodium than not have enough. When I overdose on salt I just get thirsty and drink lotsa water -- and it tastes delicious then! And I remember, when I was chronically low on Na+, I could not drink plain water. I drank anything _but_ plain water.
Now I know, if you cannot drink plain water, that's the sure sign you're sodium deficient.
