This is a reply to # 2,225,575its not a mystery- its metal overload from chemtrails (I always pay attention to chemtrails and last year it was just regular slow small planes and now its high flying fast jets that spray us 100X more-NYC), fluoridated water, bromide in bread, pestitices, and parasite overload...you are not going to die just try 4 droppers of Lugol's Iodine with Selenium and eat 20 or more oranges a day (4X a week)...and you will be better in 6 months, but do this after a complete colon cleanse of one and half year...- Re: ban us all from the iodine forum mjj005

This is a reply to # 2,225,593I know b/c I had what you have-I think its one celled parasites and metals, it is initially detox symptoms, oddly enough the more Iodine you drink the less the detox symptoms...doctors don't know anything but lies that they learned in school...
my mom is a nurse and she says there is no such thing as mucoid plaque and my brother is in med school and tells me to get my kitties vaccinated...the more educated someone is the dumber they get...
you need to go the natural route...study and think for yourself b/c doctors will make you sicker, put you on pills, and kill you- that is how they earn a living...

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,225,595that's good but why do you need him when all the info is free...you can do terramin clay, zeolite, modified citrus pectin, pineapples, 20 oranges a day, lemon water all day (utilize straw to protect enamel), and cilantro...jog a lot and sweat out the toxins...hope you feel better soon!

This is a reply to # 2,225,593Then you should be grateful for it. Ever heard of herxing? Probably be worth studying. You can let disease slowly and gradually erode your health, or you can detox. You must have thought something was wrong with you or you wouldn't have decided to take the stuff. Why blame the Iodine for your health issues when it is doing what it is supposed to do? The way it works is to stimulate a cleansing. Getting well is a no pain, no gain game. Otherwise you might as well get on the conveyor belt and go through the assembly line, beg for some pain meds, and let the AMA doctor you to death. They should do a personality test before they let people join CZ. If you don't have a warrior mentality, you aren't going to get well anyway. Those who cow tow to disease and doctors get addicted to the best prescription drugs.

This is a reply to # 2,225,645I take a supplement to get more energy, not to oxidize my own immune system for a pointless detox. Its one thing to be tough and its another to lose your life over a supplement. I had a job and was in the middle of a degree, lost it all along with my sex drive. All thanks to lugols iodine.

the only way to know for sure would be to state your symptoms, but i guess you don't wish to correct the nutritional deficiencies that became apparent as your body sought to restore balance and that is why you feel vulnerable and sick
maybe there aren't symptoms any related to the lugols
sound like you were using it like speed instead of therapeutically
it will make your heart pound to abuse it
start slow
build slow
go slow

This is a reply to # 2,225,757complex sugars are good for you...i wouldn't get the fake supplements, lots of supplements are processed with chemicals and metals...i would eat fresh real oranges (i eat 5 or more daily, depending on my budget)....they have good oranges for 1.50/lb at wholefoods- the kind you make juice out of...
basically, an orange cleanse- i got the idea off of this amish herbalist named barefoot- he has a forum on curezone...leave all the white filaments on oranges when eating b/c that contains a lot of vit c-barefoot says all the vit c from the oranges convert to CoQ 10 in your stomach and therefore kill parasites and keep you youthful and the modified citruc pectin from the white filaments remove all kinds metals, no side effects...
when i buy fresh herbs at a korean supermarket, world of difference from tinctures and dried herbs...
i think the reason people get so sick from iodine is that one must complete colon, many liver, kidney and pancreas, parasite cleanses, at least for 3 years before ingesting high amounts of iodine b/c you don't want to re-circulate all those stored toxins in liver stones and mucoid plaque and re-poisoning your body with old stored toxins...
every 7 year cycle, your body is brand new, so every cell in your body is re-born in 7 years...so take really good care of your body for the next 7 years...

This is a reply to # 2,225,924I used to have white tongue too, after colon cleanse it is gone for good...do not worry about fresh natural foods, only processed food is bad for us...anything from a box, bag, can, plastic bottle etc...I recommend drinking high doses of iodine after colon, kidney/pancreas, parasite cleanses for at least 2 years, until then body paint lugol's...start eating healthy, exercise and get lots of sunlight, you will be feeling great...I eat 30% junk and 70% healthy and constantly cleansing and rotating the cleanses...
To avoid calcification cause by acidic body- through out the day drink lemon water and also drink cup of lemon water with apple cider vinegar by Bragg and Grade B Maple Syrup with ginger and also can add some Bamboo Salt....(drink through straw to protect teeth enamel)
Also, Kombucha and water Kefir

Bitter melon is 1.50 at korean supermarkets- can boil up to 3 times- this lady who owned a bitter melon farm lived until 180 something
Barefoot sells Natural Iodine, it gives me energy...
Just body paint the iodine instead and see if you can tolerate it...
Not every supplements is a magic cure b/c people have different make ups...

"If a selenium deficiency causes an iodine deficiency, leaving you both selenium and iodine deficient, and supplementing with either selenium or iodine causes severe problems, then the only solution is to supplement both selenium and iodine simultaneously and gradually. Even then you could experience an immediate boost (from increased conversion of T4 to T3) with a subsequent letdown (lack of T4 production because of insufficient iodine or other necessary nutrient). You have to be prepared to ride out the tough times and continue increasing the selenium and iodine until those two deficiencies are corrected and the respective metabolic pathways are back working properly.
I would recommend starting with 100 mcg of selenium and one kelp tablet and gradually work up to 400-600 mcg of selenium and 2-4 tablets of kelp."

I recommend reading Iodine Handout...I always take 200mcg of Selenium with Iodine, you can also substitute Selenium with 5 brazil nuts...everyone takes Selenium with Iodine b/c if you take Iodine w/o Selenium you can develop thyroid disease...
I don't take all the other supplements they recommend like Boron, B vitamins, magnesium- I have it in my kitchen cabinet though- don't trust supplements..
If you have metal fillings, must remove them before doing Iodine Cleanse...I just finish one month of 4 droppers 4X a week of Iodine and now I will just body paint 3X a week...it is hard on my kidney - I am doing a kidney cleanse right now and eating 5 oranges a day (all, i can afford right now) and dropping about 1 1/2 droppers of 2% Lugol's Iodine on my scalp or painting my back- listen to your body, take breaks...about 12% of the Iodine gets absorbed when body painting, most evaporate...
Make sure you complete a Colon Cleanse of at least one and half years b/c the mucoid plaque in the colon holds so much metals...
Detox symptoms are rough with Lugol's-
my sister gave me her cat to take care of and foolishly she vaccinated her more than 6 times, just blindly listening to ASPCA vet...anyways, when she first arrived she has bloody rashes on her head, overweight, and lethargic....after colon cleanse, fully ozonated hemp oil, DE, Iodine, Selenium, Bamboo Salt...She is much better, still over weight but her body is firmer and no more food allergies...
