I see a lot of posts where people are living from
Master-Cleanse to
Master-Cleanse and doing multiple cleases of other kinds inbetween.
Instead, I hope to do a cleanse to clear out mucoid plaque, and then eat properly for the rest of my life, and heal and build slowly, once the bowel is stripped clean of mucoid plaque. Maybe a return to cleanse at some point as maintenance.
MY BIG QUESTION: Can anyone comment on what such a
healthy Diet might look like? ie. breakfast, lunch and dinner.
My conclusion so far is:
mostly alkaline, vegetables lightly steamed, raw if digestion can take it.
juicing at least once a day between meals to provide electrolytes for healing. Vegetable broth (???chicken consume???) as part of many meals. Fruits and perhaps yogurt for breakfast. Soaked nuts and seeds. Starches from yams? potatoes? Fats?? from cod liver oil?? Flax oil seems to interfere with GLA. Protein from easiest sources to digest like very small portions of fish?
Can people summarize this forum thinking on the above?
Thanks
