I am a 20 year old male who has been struggling with constipation and Acne for about four months. Prior to this, I never had any BM issues or skin issues. I did, however, have chronic fatigue, itching, ADD, brain fog, and other candida symptoms.
My naturopath says my gallbladder is the source of my problems.
My thinking is this: Gallstones cause lack of bile. lack of bile flow causes constipation. constipation causes candida/fungal overgrowth. candida/fungal overgrowth fosters parasites. Parasitic infection/candida overgrowth causes leaky gut. leaky gut causes inflammation. inflammation causes skin eruptions.
Is there a flaw in my reasoning? My current plan of attack is to do a colon cleanse, eliminate the parasites, (using humaworm), eliminate the gallstones, then supplement with probiotics to keep the fungus in check and heal my gut using L-glutamine, bone broth, and maybe colostrum.
What would be the best supplements/herbs/anything to achieve my goal?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have become obsessed with healing, and it is quite literally ruining my life.

This is a reply to # 2,214,606It sounds like a good plan, the only problem is you put your question in too many forums. Of course you probably did not know. All your problems have so their own protocol.
Since you know about Humaworm you can ask question there about their product. Colon Cleanses you can find on that support forum. For your gallbladder you have to go to the Liver Flush Support Forum . Usually the Colon Cleanse you can do with your liver flushes, you skip on the day of the flush. Flushes can be done every 2 weeks.
After you have done these 3 cleanses you might feel a lot better and then you can see what else you need, at this point you can wait with supplements.
Just realized your NP feels it is your gallbladder. You could start with the liver flush, 3 days before take 1 tsp Epsom Salts =magnesium sulfate so you don't have constipation

This is a reply to # 2,214,606It seems that you have a good plan. In order to treat the problem, your doctor must investigate the roots of the diseases. Cleansing is the best for you since it will eliminate those toxins in your body. As for acne, I think Manuka honey is the best natural treatment.
