Just this past month I had a series of panic attacks, after what I thought were heat flashes. I am 21 years old. I have never been diagnosed with anxiety nor have a history of it in my family. I visited the Emergency Room twice the day it began because I was scared and could not understand why this was happening to me. I felt light headed, had stomach nervousness, nauseous with excessive mucus/ phlegm in my throat etc. The doctors were unable to identify what was wrong with me. All tests demonstrated that I was "healthy" but there is OBVIOUSLY something wrong with me.
For the past month, I battle with the above symptoms every day. I have anxiety attacks on the train, during class, at my internship, at work. I don't know what to do. I began a

I get roughly 7-8 hours of sleep everyday and schedule time for me to relax but every day I have to fight through my stomach feeling sensitive, feeling lightheaded, having to spit out phlegm every other minute.
