Hi -- I've been working to get rid of
parasites for some time and I think if I knew for sure what kind(s) I have, it would make targeting treatment more effective.
I know I have (or at least had -- probably still do) roundworms of some type, but I'm trying to identify a couple of thing I pass whenever I get really aggressive in my battle against them.
One is something that I assume is a
Tapeworm of some sort, but none of the descriptions I find anywhere seem to match it. The reason I think it's a tape is they're flat, usually 3-5" long and have a head that's triangular. They're brownish/grayish in color and have some kind of whitish vein attached (although I can't seem to tell exactly where the vein runs). They're about 1/2" wide. Anyone know what these are?
The second thing I'm trying to identify are what I assume to be eggs. I seem to pass them when I combine fenbendazole with lots of cloves. They're very tiny -- maybe the size of a fleck of finely ground pepper. They're also translucent so I may not otherwise notice them but they're kind of shiny -- like fish scales are, for example. When I pass them, there must be 100+ at a time, but again, they're so tiny, that wouldn't be hard to accomplish. Anyone know what these are?
Thanks.
