I try my best to limit carbs and eat as clean as possible, but I've been far from perfect. Very hard when trying to maintain a social life while also going to university. I eat mainly eggs, salad, chicken sausage, bubbies sauerkraut/pickles, broccoli, other green veggies, chicken, and beef occasionally. I hate the diet and it's a struggle everyday to fight off the cravings, but it is what it is. I've been treating myself half ass for almost a year. My symptoms were classical digestive issues, brain fog, bad skin, and just overall dysfunction. They have all dissipated shortly over time and I'd probably be cured all together if I had more discipline with the diet.
Supplement wise I take Betaine HCL with protein meals and ox bile with meals with fat.
I take enzyme supplements for biofilms: YST Management, Serreptetase, and Biofase
I take 5-40g of MSM a day depending on the day.... I play it by ear with pretty much all the supplements... I have no consistent routine at all. I did enemas and used
Oxypowder in the past but all it did was make my cravings way worse, and I would wind up cheating and ruining all my progress. I quit the enemas about 6 months ago and went with a more casual approach. Diet and the supplements I mentioned above.
Anti fungal wise I've been on and off with thorne sf722, oil of oregano, coconut oil, nystatin, and GSE.
Again, there isn't any consistency with the stuff I've done, but i've still managed to see good results. I started seeing the "strands" dating back about 3 months and have noticed them in almost every bowel movement since and my symptoms continue to diminish as time goes on.
