I attempted a Liver Flush once with olive oil and OJ but didn't notice anything happening besides the olive oil making me want to throw up :/
How long after ingesting the mix does your liver flush? Also, I don't have a gallbladder... so does that affect the flush?
Can coconut oil or other methods be used instead? That olive oil was terrible :(- Re: How can you tell when your liver... Renee1979

You could try sunflower oil, it helps to use a straw taste wise. Did you go straight to bed without taking little or no steps. I drink mine next to the bed standing up, then hop right in & lay as still as possible on my right side, head up high on pillow (prevents indigestion) I use half as much Epsom Salt as in hulda recipe & still land up on toilet for the day- Re: How can you tell when your liver... username7414

This is a reply to # 2,199,341I did it before bed too but in the kitchen and when I was sure I wasnt going to throw it up, then I went up to bed... and had to prop myself up too lol I must have missed the Epsom Salt thing... maybe thats why it didn't work.

This is a reply to # 2,199,362I'm not sure if Epsom Salt is necessary for every single flush for all people all of the time. I had at least one very nice, successful, productive flush doing Dr Sutter's "coke" flush.
I need more flushes but I've come to hate them. I'm going to do the mini flushes (Dr. Stone version). Over a long period, combined with herbs, things should clear out. Maybe I am full of baloney, but I refuse to believe that the full-bore flushes are the only way to go.- Re: How can you tell when your liver... username7414

You can try another kind of oil, of course it is never going
to be delicious. The only way not to taste it is, you do it over the sink. Keep nose pinched from beginning to end.
Splash some water on your lips and tongue. Put a peppermint type of candy in your mouth and only then you can open your nose. I have done 100 flushes and that is the only way I can do it.
Try another oil and add classic coke to it and some juice of a lemon. People usually don't use OJ but grapefruit or lemon.
