CV 12
Massaging under the entire left rib cage.
ST 36
PC 6
UB 39
The third eye
SP 1
SP 9
I hold them for about 3 full, in and out, slow breaths, each. (both sides of body) It takes about 15 minutes, and is well worth it.
The other ones are, LI 4, LI 11, LV 3, SP 10, both sides of each one.
