actually, you live in a nightmare. i will try to go down your list.
Estradiol - 1 mg (one pill a day)
aside from WHY you are taking hormones, there is no way you can know what you need until you get your iodine up to snuff. added iodine changes everyones hormone picture.
Paroxetine (Paxil) - 20mg (one pill a day)
a fluoridated brain drug. is that really what you want? and besides all that, coming off of that is dangerous. best to do it with a plan rather than cold turkey in an emergency. no, you dont need to stock up on them, you need to get rid of them for good.
B-Complex Plus Vitamin (one pill a day)
Niacin - 500mg (one pill a day)
is the form niacinamide?
Iodoral - 125mg right now - goal is 187mg (says my NP) - (4 pills a day - 2 50mg and 2 12.5mg)
if you truly understood why you were taking iodine you would be taking a lot more and it wouldnt be in pill form.
D3 - 20,000 IU (4 pills a day)
D3 is a two-edged sword. if you need it, you uneed it. but remember that it decreases immune function. get out in the sun when possible and get you r D that way in the summer. at least that will give you a break from it.
Selenium - 200mcg (1 pill a day)
Vit C - chewable - 250mg - (one pill a day)
vitamin C is a great detoxifier. you should be taking a few grams of it a day and not just a quarter of a gram.
Magnesium Glycinate - 200mg - (2 pills a day at supper)
Parotid PMG - 358 mg - (2 pills a day) - suggested by my NP
Thytrophin PMG - 109mg - (3 pills a day) - suggested by my NP
Betaine Hydrochloride - 605mg - (2 pills per day) - suggested by my NP
Adrenal - 434mg - (5 pills a day) - suggested by my NP
your NP cant be serious if they think its all right for you to be taking paxil. this puts the rest of their program in question.
