You can try to reconstitute more or less natural cycle by taking 14 days oestrogene ones and following 14 days progesterone ones, for example 14 days of sage then 14 days of alchemilla vulgaris or another couple of plants 14 days of alfalfa and then 14 days of smilmax aspera - salsapareilla, that s not bad to change them and you will see what is more convenient for you.
Menopaused women can take progesterone-like plants (salsapareilla, alchemilla, vitex agnus, hops, milk thistle) for 21 days and 7 days off, the break is necessary to maintain the sensitivity of progesterone receptors, as well as to prevent its possible buildup in the body.
