Today is my 30th day on the
Master-Cleanse and feeling fine. Having some minor drainage from my sinus but overall doing great. This has been a long haul and this last week has been I think the most difficult. Was having hunger pangs and gas. Drank the lemonade and H2O to help with the pangs tho and just dealt with the gas. I was told it is a part of detoxing your system.
Have my orange juice ready to start in the am. I was so excited about making it to this day that I went out the bought the vegetables for the soup and fruit for after. Was told about a store named Sprouts - a Farmer Market grocery store. Boy was it a great find. Lots of fresh produce.
With all of that in the frig of course I just couldn't wait to make the soup. I cut up potatoes, carrots, celery, squash, onions, bell peppers and some hot chili peppers and made the soup. I am proud to say that I did not taste test it at all. I took some to my neighbor and she said it was great. To season the soup I put in onion soup and vegetable soup mix, some pepper and a couple of dashes of Zatarans cajun spice. On Sunday, will cook some brown rice to have with some of the broth and vegies.
Tomorrow before I indulge in some well earned orange juice, I will weigh and see what the scale reveals. Have not been on the scale since just before I started the
Master-Cleanse because I did not want to "trip". :-)
For those just starting out on the MC, stick with it. You will reap the benefits of getting rid of the toxins and overcoming what ails you. Remember any weight loss is a side benefit and that should not be the main purpose for you doing the MC.
Love, peace and soul,
