So many complaints of folks with parasites being neglected in medical system. The more people post symptoms the more chance there is that parasitic infections will be recognized and dealt with by medical system. The problem will keep on compounding itself if it continues to be neglected. It will multiply. More and more people will become severely ill. People need to get brave, sign up, speak up, post their symptoms, send in photos of specimens. Keep asking for help from the medical system. Maintain dignity. Ask docs to rule out physical causes first if being ignored, misdiagnosed or mis-labeled. The more people speaking up on forums the better. This is a reply to # 2,178,660The real answer is to take legal action. If you had a doctor tell you that you have delusional parasitosis, go get tested for parasites until you prove that they are there. Then sue the heck out of the doctor for malpractice. Two pieces of evidence.
1) wrong diagnosis, your did not have a mental problem.
2) you did have ( obvious to a lay person ) parasites and they neglected to find them.
Once one or two doctors end up paying, they will take notice.

This is a reply to # 2,178,664Folks with mental illness get parasites too. If a doctor labels a patient with Delusional Parasitosis, pretty sure they are supposed to rule out parasitic infection first by proper standards of comprehensive testing in diagnostic protocol. Cursory DP diagnosis seems like a discrimination against mentally ill by abruptly denying them the procedures of ruling out parasitic infection, simply labeling them and consequently placing them in jeopardy, and places misdiagnosed mentally stable patients in double jeopardy. Any history of mental illness in medical records including common Depression or anxiety (which could be a secondary symptom of parasitic infection or even the direct result of being neglected or misdiagnosed), should not permit doctors to neglect to rule out parasitic infection. A competent doctor would never take such liberties. If individuals taking legal action would help the cause, to help save volumes of people from unbearable suffering, and long delays in appropriate health care resulting in becoming even more severely ill, then perhaps doing so would be proactive for the cause. If peaceful means to bring awareness and positive results can be employed then employ that route. One thing is for certain, large groups of people, both mentally ill and mentally stable... being neglected with such debilitating affliction from parasitic disease must not be tolerated by the people. Pro-action is necessary. Suffering in silence helps no one.

As with all strategies aimed at making inroads into a corrupt, ignorant, lazy system,
You have to deal with multiple aspects of a corrupt, ignorant, lazy system.
You will have to find lawyers who will take the cases for what percentage they may get out of it who are not corrupt, ignorant, lazy.
They in turn will have to have doctors that are not corrupt, ignorant, lazy, to send you to, because that is how they operate.
So, do you have a list of such?
Also, do you have a list of sufferers who have enough energy to go through the years of battling it takes to make it to the end and win a settlement... who could function as spearheads in opening the way?
Talk is one thing.
Walk is another.
Just some things to consider in the where the rubber meets the road category.

For the sake of speculation from a layman; Perhaps the recognition that parasitic infection can infect anyone, anywhere, anytime no matter what status or mental state would be the operative, and that finding out exactly what the proper standards on diagnostic protocol of Parasitic Infection requires, and if misdiagnosed with DP, finding out exactly what the diagnostic protocol on Delusional Parasitosis requires.. thus being faced with proving evidence of negligent physician/s failing egregiously to follow proper standards of protocol, and then proving the many dire consequences suffered as a result, including discovery of infection. Legal route would require strong willed, person or people. Skilled, reputable power attorney/s would know how to obtain correct experts. Consult professional legal expert/s for advise if so inclined. Just another sufferer merely speculating on possible ways to bring awareness to a grave problem so to secure needed changes in protection of people. Too physically weak to further the issue. This is a reply to # 2,178,675These parasites actually cause some mental illness. Depression for sure, social anxiety, and they have been liked to schizophrenia (toxoplasmosis anyway). So many illnesses they cause that people can be spared from if they would just develop proper tests and look for these first. I do not believe that illness comes from nothing. Something had to set it off.

It should be MANDATORY that ALL doctors get up to speed on parasites as it is an epidemic and it will continue to be so until ALL the "so- called" health professionals get on board.
This is completely INSANE.
I, as the patient, had to figure out my ailment and am so grateful to the Cure Zone Forum for helping me with the necessary tools and information to help manage this plight.
Had I listened to the doctors, I would be wasting away.
I am forever surprised that at this point, I seem to have more knowledge about parasites than the doctors I've been seeing. Even the recent homeopath isn't up to speed that parasites aren't confined to the intestinal/bowel region. ARRRRGHHH...
But when said doctor didn't take the deep track marks on my arms seriously (& they are plenty SCARY) and tried to justify it as something else, that's when I really know how hopeless this situation is.
I've got scary ass things coming out of my skins, my bowels and marking me up. I can constantly feel the movement, the biting, the total discomfort.
I feel for all of you and I so appreciate all of you.
Doctors should read Cure Zone and get educated. Not one doctor that I spoke to was familiar with the site or what Morgellons is.
This SERIOUSLY needs to change.
They are just buck passing and collecting a check.

Parasite Warriors -
The American Medical Association (AMA), Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), & other international medical organizations are very much aware of the global parasite pandemic crisis.
Yet they maintain a united stance of the proverbial three monkeys & dictate to the medical communities to follow them lockstep: See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.
What's desperately needed is massive monetary investment in parasitology education & training for doctors, nurses, & medical technicians; advanced technology in diagnostic equipment; higher standards & updated parasite profiles for laboratories & other testing facilities, & pharmaceutical research of new parasite drugs.
Yet no changes will ever occur until the public masses learn of how pervasive parasite infections are worldwide & their correlation & cause of hundreds of other medical conditions & diseases.
To wit, the underlying reasons why the medical monkeys continue to see no evil, hear no evil, & speak no evil are financial: If higher standards of medical education & training, diagnostic methods, technological improvements, & medicinal cures for parasite infections were ever implemented, other diseases & medical conditions connected to parasites would be eliminated & millions of people working in the worldwide monolothic medical empire would become unemployed.
It might take decades for this shameful cover-up to become blatantly public & the medical monopolies are forced to take action. But as millions of disillusioned sufferers seek solutions on the worldwide web, especially health forums such as Curezone, this issue will eventually hit headline news worldwide & the medical conspiracy plot will unravel.

Your posts on the topic of parasites are well appreciated. It is only a total shame that lay people such as ourselves are far better informed and better educated than the majority of doctors in the US and worldwide.
The sad state of affairs is that doctors get the bulk of their information from pharmaceutical reps whose only interest is their monthly bonus. All that a doctor would need to do is to watch some of the parasite shows on the Discovery channel, Nat Geo, and a few others. These shows thoroughly illustrate how damaging these parasites can be and how easy it is to detect them.
The big claim from those who do not believe that we have a parasite problem is that these parasites do not exist in the U.S. and other developed countries. This is pure folderol. While the risk may be somewhat reduced, it is definitely present.
Additionally, close to 1 million Americans visit tropical countries each year and bring back parasites with them. The symptoms of these parasites may not appear for years.
Most US doctors are in medicine strictly for building wealth and have little concern for the true health of their patients, If they were truly concerned, they would spend more time learning about nutrition, parasites, supplements, and life extension.
If they were really interested, they would start studying the effects of LVPEF ( low voltage pulsed electric fields ) on microbes and other parasitic or pathogenic organisms.

This is a reply to # 2,178,660I have suffered with a parasitic situation for almost a year now. Been to the doc's over 7 times. Final diagnosis... phobic of parasites! Not so and I have found a cure! Getting a patent. Help is on the way!!!!
