Same here tried many things. Think it maybe fungal. Noyhing has worked going to try kombucha tea and murrill mushroom and see how that goes. Someone told me Apple cider vinegar and baking soda paste for the skin but havent tried it yet,

Try oregano oil 600 mg for 6 weeks and fresh garlic 2 cloves twice a day .I was getting break outs on the face from the toxins exiting my pores from die off and I use alcohol wipes especially on forehead and it works .Also wash face with noxema and leave it on .You can also mix msm (sulfur powder ) with noxema or coconut oil and use as a face mask .Always end with wiping face with alcohol .Obviously you dont want to go crazy with the alcohol because it will dry out your face and avoid the eyes with it .If you have itching in the ears you can use hydrogen peroxide diluted with a q tip to swab inside of ears .
Im not sure about the excess hair thing .You dont have poly cystic ovarian syndrome by any chance do you ?
I have that and excess hair and oily skin are symptoms of it .The hairs will generally be black
