Hello everyone,
I am a new member to the site however I have been visiting the forums for over a year researching and gaining insight to the world of water fasting. I have been interested in water fasting for over 3 years now, however I have only ever completed various 2 day fasts and one 5 day fast to date. Recently I have been experiencing personal issues with food and eating in general. I would like to break my bad habits once and for all so I can truly move on with my life and gain optimum health.
I would be extremely grateful to anyone who can offer me their advice and support on my journey! I especially find others' experiences helpful! I will be regularly posting on this thread to keep myself and anyone else who is interested up to date with my progress. Although I am mainly focusing on breaking emotional eating patterns and unhealthy eating habits, I am also looking to shift some unwanted pounds that I have gained over the last 3 months from emotional over-eating.
I currently weigh 150lbs and I am a 5'7, 20 year old female.
Last but not least, would anyone be interested in joining me on my water fast? even if you are planning to go longer or aiming for a shorter fast, I would be interested in having a fasting buddy to help me through those tough moments and whom I can support through theirs!
