4 days ago I started colon cleansing with Apple Cider Vinegar to clean out Candida overgrowth, and I'm doing Kefir enemas to replenish good bacteria. I'm looking for advice cause I'm not sure if I'm doing this right.
I've been doing 2 plain
water enemas to clear a path, followed by 1 pint of water with 3-4 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. In my first 4 days of this I've already flushed out a ton of Candida, it's really digusting looking but relieving to see it come out.
I did my first Kefir retention enema last night, following the ACV enemas I mixed 1/2 a cup of Kefir with a bit of water and retained it. A bit of gross stuff came out and I got some noticeable reactions throughout the night. Really noticeable cramping, followed by some light-headedness (probably die-off).
I generally feel much better since starting this. I am also eating a clean diet with no
Sugar or carbs of course, and I'm consuming lots of Kefir, ACV, and Coconut Oil daily. But I want to know how I should proceed. Is it bad to do these daily? I was thinking of just spending a couple of weeks doing this and then I can ease off cause I'll be largely cleaned out. I'm very thin and my problems aren't too severe. Should I take it slow with the Kefir Retention? Cause I did notice some discomfort and die-off after doing it last night, but it wasn't too bad/.
