Just a quick question. While you recover from Adrenal Fatigue, lifting weights, doing abs etc only halts/sets back recovery right? I think that has been my experience but a couple of times when I was starting to feel better I began to exercise, which gives you a temporal high but later on I feel more tired, get headaches and slightly worse sleep.
I need to get this straight so it does not happen again. Do you think or have experienced that working out is bad while recovering? I am almost sure, just want to know what others think and have experienced.
