Yes, that was going to be my suggestion-remove it and see how you feel. Casein, the protein in dairy, can be irritating to the gut, similarly to gluten.
I always got congested when I consumed dairy.
If you haven't noticed any benefit from removing it, it may not be a problem for you. Many people don't present any problem from consuming dairy. Like my father, for instance, who has been consuming store bought milk for decades. He may one day, however present with cancer as casein has been shown in studies on mice to turn cancer ON, and with the removal of the casein, turn cancer OFF.
I no longer consume it because I believe it is meant for baby cows and not humans.
