I'd mentioned this in another thread.
Thought I'd revisit.
Method:
First, I make sure things are clear by examination with a 5x lighted magnifier.
Clean piece of 8 1/2 x 11 good quality printer paper.
A couple of pieces of packing tape, side by side, overlapping in upper left corner, as a base.
Pieces of packing tape, ends folded as lips for easy remove, sequenced/put on this base.
Again, I am very careful to carefully examine to avoid contamination from me.
Paper folded for convenient carry.
I bring the 5x lighted magnifier with me.
When I take a piece of tape off for a sample, I check with the 5x to ensure there is no contamination of paper or tape before proceeding.
The sample is lifted, then put on a blank part of the same sheet.
This serves as backing... when I get home I press the tape a bit harder onto the paper to get a better view of what has been lifted...
A handheld 13 buck 60/100 rs microscope employed..
I've been some places to lift samples.
EVERY single place has proven positive.
No exceptions.
I knew the Thing was throughout the home.
Knew it was outside the house, on the property.
Suspected it might be literally everywhere.
To date, I have found that to be the case.
From a big chain store to a restaurant to everywhere checked....
The Thing is ubiquitous.
This means there is zero way to avoid exposure.
All the things you read of people telling you how you have to clean like a mad person, washing everything everyday, to avoid contact and re-infection with regard to Morgellons...
Well, they just never accomplished the exercise I've outlined.
I'm extremely dubious of, "cures," on the net.
Possibly remission of a sort, a tone-down.... a quieting down of epidermal miseries, if it was blatant Morg symptoms/manifestations in the first place....
But, "cure?"
A cure, when the Thing is everywhere I've looked, and avoidance of it literally impossible, and contact with the Thing wherever you go is a given?
What has happened to our world, thinking about it in the context of the Thing... could be a bit depressing.
Would that the government and corporations throw everything they've got at the Thing.
The denial is tragic.
BTW, location:
SE U.S., along the Gulf.
I've cross-posted this to, in addition to Morgellons forum, to a
parasite forum.
Folks in the
parasite forum:
I was told I had a mite (bird) problem without a scraping and microscopic examination.
Something was not fitting as things went on.
Then I was told, different doc, it was contact dermatitis.
No scopes at the docs; I asked.
I decided to take a look for myself.
A lighted 5x from WallyWorld optical shop.
A 13 buck RS 60/100 handheld microscope.
Initial location of samples of the Thing with a 5x.
Lift with a sharp toothpick (Asian markets) or pin or needle tip and transferred to a strip of paper.
The strip of paper has a circle drawn and an arrow pointed to the circle. The sample goes in the circle. This makes using the handheld easier in terms of location.
Found matches for what I saw, and still do see, at Morgellons sites.
What that is... well people are still trying to figure that one out.
And the term, "Morgellons," and the reference to the old disease, does nothing for sufferers.
It serves as distraction.
Some other terminology that helps zero in instead of throwing off the scent would likely help a bit in enlistment of professional research help.
