Have you ever noticed that the non-stick surface gradually wears away? If so then you may have wondered where that non-stick material goes while it is slowly breaking away from the pan. One could assume it all goes down the kitchen drain at cleanup time but one should also assume that bits of it are going into your body's drain attached, at the time you swallow, to whatever food was cooked in the pan. I do not know that swallowing non-stick material is a direct line cause of cancer in everybody but at a minimum I am fairly sure thus is not a healthy practice.
