Hi All,
I hope you are all well. I have been fighting this issue for nearly 30 years.
It first started at the age of 17/18.
I smelt awful, and have been through the situations that many of you have faced.
I did however from 15 years ago realised that my problem was due to hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid ), and finally down to trial and error I have finally found the solution to the problem, which I am sure will benefit some of you :)!
Step 1; Because my stomach produces no stomach acid,I drink approximately 1.5 litres of water 30 mins prior to eating, however VERY IMPORTANT whilst drinking the water you MUST slowly sip the water AND swill the water in your mouth before you swallow it!It takes me about 30 mins to slowly drink the water prior to the 30 mins before eating. (The reason for this is the the swilling allows the saliva and enzymes in your mouth to fortify the water when it gets into your stomach, which can then break down the foods, which normally are not being broken down, hence rotting in our stomach and giving off foul smelling gases).
Step 2: Sip a little acid cider vinegar 30 mins prior to eating also.
Step 3; Eat easily digestible foods, gluten free, meat free, dairy free, and check out "food combining" ie do not mix proteins and carbohydrates in the same meal.
Step 4; You will notice a difference within 1 or 2 days, and more significantly after 3/4 days.

This is a reply to # 2,159,111Since you mentioned your stomach isn't producing any acid, so I have two questions:
1. How do you know that , have you been through any test arranged by doctor?
2.I searched online and find "Betaine HCL" may be the supplement for low level acid in stomach , is it also a possible solution to treat low acid level in stomach?- Re: 100% Success What works for me :... Chakra Khan

This is a reply to # 2,159,1451) I have test for methionine levels and tri, but not for low acids levels.
2) Sorry i should include that I do supplement with digestive enzymes and betaine hcl, but betaine on its own didn't solve the problem.

This is a reply to # 2,159,111What you just described is a cure for Gastroparesis : Delayed Gastric Emptying.
There is a forum on CureZone for that problem.
Gastroparesis is cured by eliminating gluten, grains, eating your water and drinking your food.
Eating your water means you have to chew your water long time (10 - 30 )before swallowing.
Drinking your food means you have to chew your food at least 30 - 100 times before swallowing it.
When you swallow it, it is liquid, so you are drinking it.
It is possible that many poeple on this forum suffer from Gastroparesis without ever being aware of it.
Very few GPs are aware of the problem.

This is a reply to # 2,159,392Well or you would just eat fermented foods, and increase your natural stomach acid with juice from sauerkraut or the opposite make a fermented juice from the cabbage.
Of course the important thing is our mouths begin to excrete enzymes for digestion of sugars and if you don't stimulate apetite beforehand with slowly sipping water while its staying in the mouth it won't have as much enzymes.
You could always go for a fake Sugar water mix and drink it, as our bodies tend to think its real Sugar and produce huge ammounts of enzymes in our mouths. Then with the food i suggest a PALEO wheat type , like buckwheat as our bodies easier recognize the chemical makeup of it , drink a apple cider vinegar sips or - put the bread into ACV when you eat it. As a common false thing is what people don't know - drinking with a meal is total BS as it increases the permeability of the food and its chemicals which can lead to allergies and autoimmune disorders.
You can also get rid of odors with a GUT flora restoration, and of course stopping to wash your skin so often - 1 time a week max with just soap without aluminium or silicones (dimethicone). Of course the stinking areas are actually a infestation of BAD bacteria which you can easily -EASILY kill with a nice probiotic gut flora and prebiotics - i preffer garlic, bananas and onions.

I take dig. enzymes and betaine hcl with meals, too and it is helping. I usually take it 15 minutes before I eat, but I'm not sure if that is right. I've heard both - before and after meals. MoreThis is a reply to # 2,159,650Hey sorry for the late reply, firstly buy a good dig enzyme with betaine included will work alittle better. Take just before or just after eating and one or two tablets should suffice. How have you been getting on?
