Fenbendazole High Dosage? Any advice...

Hi, I am trying Moxidectin 250lbs each day+Fenbendazole 2g each day. It helped with the skin itchiness, but I am wondering if I can go higher to actually kill the worms. Anybody tried even higher dosage eg. 3 grams? I know the dog can use 50mg/kg each day.
PS. The Fenbendazole is really expensive in China even for the animal pills. I am thinking to get the pure Fenbendazole chemical to make capsules by myself.- Re: Fenbendazole High Dosage? Any ad... scabdraggr

This is a reply to # 2,158,589Panacur Fenbendazole is in China, the liquid for goats is 10% in a DMSO solution, liquid suspension, 3-4mls daily, do not mix, no need simply each day with the fenben, I can convert % amts to weight for you.

This is a reply to # 2,159,127Many have, but it's 10%, not actual, 4gms of paste, which is 10% or 4mls of the liquid suspension for goats.

I did not find the liquid suspension for amimals in china. But I am taking 20 tablets which is 2 gram of febnedazole each day. It shows effects but not as good as ivermectin injection. This is a reply to # 2,159,424You need to consider that your dosage of fenbendazole wasn't correct, it's the correct drug. Ivermectin is a bad drug and doesn't fit the disease which you have. Did you check for Panacur for goats? Panacur for horses?

This is a reply to # 2,158,987Saw your posts hope all is well! just wanted to show you from merc msds, the Panacure & Safeguard 10% Fenbendazole Suspensions besides the fend, just have povidone & silica, while the Safeguard/Panacure pastes just have propylene glycol, besides the flavoring & fendbendazole.
I tried posting the links for the suspension & then the paste, but it wouldn't let me, I'll pm to you,cheers ;)

This is a reply to # 2,158,589Seems like a bad plan Panda. I take .25 grams effective, which is 10% of a tube of 10% paste. It makes my organs (mostly liver) hurt as things that look like little fruit-roll-ups move through. Symptoms diminish, and the Morgellons organism migrates to the scalp for surivial.

Yes, so far my liver function is ok. I will get it tested again next week. Don't you think 0.25 g is too low? When I took low dose of fenbendazole, the worm moves more, but if you go higher doses, the worm stop the movement and stop hurting your organ. In addition, the Moxidectin help to reduce the productivity of the worms, and anesthesia the worm. I took the moxidectin every day. However, I may developed mal-absroption of drugs because I took praziquentel for a really long time. The dose may be safe to me, and may not safe to the others. In addition, I am thinking the absorption of the Chinese dog tabs may not be a good as the drench or paste of fenbendazole. That may be another reason that I have to take a 2 g vs yours 0.25grams? Anyway, I tried to scale up the dosing slowly to be as safe as possibleAdvertisement

This is a reply to # 2,159,236When I took the drug my scalp itchiness will decrease, when it starts again, I know it's time to take another dose.
I am not trying to scare you. I am actually very up set with a news in China for a few days. A Chinese lady has most part of the liver damaged by the worms. The worms beat through the vascular of the liver. It's so damaged that the doctors have to remove the liver and put on the table to fix it outside of the body, and then put it back to the body to get 20% of the original liver function.

You are bold with your dosages Panda, but also a real asset to the community with your detailed posts describing high dosage/IV treatments. Tx for that.
The scalp migration really puzzles me. I haven't always been a low-doser. Last year , for 4 months I did a week on Fenben (1 tube) and the next week on both Ivermectin and Paramaote Pyrmantel (tube of each) (sp?). This killed all Morgellons activity in my body except the scalp and some butt itch. Are the parasites/morg organisms starved by the meds and going to the scalp for food? Do the organisms naturally climb when stressed? Or is it just the fact that so much blood moves so close to the skin on the scalp?
I attribute organ pain to the dead flukes moving through, but I'm not certain. Assuming this is what causes the pain, my body is telling me to take it slow getting rid of these parasites so the liver can deal with it.

A prolonged suppression of hepatic glutathione (GSH) was also observed in acetaminophen-treated mice fed the fenbendazole-containing diet when compared with the control diet. These data demonstrate that fenbendazole exacerbates the hepatotoxicity of acetaminophen, an effect that is related to persistent GSH depletion. These findings are novel and suggest a potential drug-drug interaction that should be considered in experimental protocols evaluating mechanisms of hepatotoxicity in rodent colonies treated with fenbendazole.
Consider replacing the Advil in your medicine cabinet with NAC Sustain.

Thanks for your kind reminding. I am currently taking febendazole with moxidectin or rectal dose of ivermectin, so far the liver function is fine after dosing more than 10 days. I am very certain that my itchiness is due to the reproduction of the larva of the worms under the skin. I can feel the larva coming out of skin when I took certain drugs such as mebendazole and then go back. Ivermectin and moxidectin are very useful in suppressing the reproduction activity.
There are many people in curezone tried more than 10 drugs suffering from 3-10 years. From their experiences, it is saying that the current dosage is significantly underestimated. Many scientific paper are saying the same opinion. Therefore drastically increase the concentration of the drug is necessary but need to be taken with extreme cautious. However so called slow killing with low concentration may be not useful at all to the adult worm, because they will develop resistance very fast.
That Chinese woman is from internal Mongolian province of china where people keep cattle, and get more chances to get parasites from their herts or pets. This news was not on the headline since everybody is caring about the missing plane news right now.- Re: Fenbendazole High Dosage? Any ad... JIL

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,160,457Old post. What was a turn around, game changer for me might be due to a few things. I ordered thiabendazole from Vietnam. Took 2 days 1500mg in morning and another 1500 at night. Repeated 7 days later.
Then did 7 days of blue ivermectin pour on internally. I drank 10ml as measured by the cap in the morning and another 10ml again at night. Drank it down with dr pepper. Then another 7 days of 10ml once at night. Continuing to do so. Its stronger and working 10x better than paste.
