I figure you're experiencing dieoff in those areas you mention

The cloudy urine would be the bacterial dieoff leaving through your bloodstream and kidneys.

The dieoff sends out lots of toxins that irritate the tissues around that area, and create an inflammatory state that triggers the pain.
Which is two sides of a coin, because the tissues in those areas are likely hungriest for Iodine :)

Candida does a neat trick with secreting a mucosal type of material, where different forms of infectious agents can hide.

I have been having dull pangs in the pancreatic area since starting iodine, and that's the major area where my problems are ! (type 1 diabetic)

I have lowered the iodine, and am working out how (and what) parasite cleanse to order home, since that is reported to lower the load of detox symptoms. I would like to go higher on Iodine for a good clean system, though am working through a load of things.

I have been taking 100mg of Lugol's Iodine for one month with all the co-supplements and it definitely removed some toxic halides but I think I will move onto Mineral Rich Natural Iodine Syrup/PICA Minerals by Barefoot...this is my second day on natural Iodine and I get all the benefits without the side effects and lots of energy....I take 2 to 3 tablespoons...can purchase a gallon...e-mail barefoot...the only health problem I have is parasites and tiredness from stress from annoying people...
