I just did this huge long post and my %&//%)! cat trod on the keys and blip! Gone! Here goes again.
Tell you all what happened...
Monday, Big 45, the lemonade just wasn't getting it for me anymore. Tried adding molasses, with temporary results. I was low, weak, weenie all day, and just got through it thinking, another crisis.
Tuesday not only did the lemonade not pick me up, it actually started to nauseate me. I got through it, but by the end of the day could not even LOOK at lemons or maple! And I felt an ache in my center which I believe I finally identified as... hunger!
Yesterday I started on fresh OJ. Ack! Talk about manna! It tasted like something holy (which of course it is)! I went thru half a gallon, sipping, with lots of water, and felt really good by the end of the day.
This morning, day 48! Had more wonderful OJ, then a truly great
colonic (incredible stuff still coming out after all this time and effort)... For lunch I had a yogurt with a good strong culture and papaya smoothie!
Thence, to Costco where I scored an all-metal construction Mexican made (they actually did this one right!) JUICER! Then, cleaned out the produce market and home to juice tomatoes, carrots, red pepper, green onion, parsley, nopal cactus, garlic... and added my cayenne right to that and MOVE OVER V8!
Yippee! Zow! Zap! I'M INVINCIBLE!!! (Feel like it for sure!)
Ten days of juices, then back for another colonic, then onto the fruit and veg thing, with occasional fresh fish (don't live by two oceans for nothing), a little chicken breast, a few beans... some brown rice and oats here and there. Two weeks of that, and a nice liver flush!
I already feel like I have sunshine coming out my various orifices. Imagine in another ten days! And then a month of clean livin' and liver flushes? I swear.
I truly would like to see my colon walls THIS CENTURY. Obviously this is requiring some effort, but has been so well worth the journey.
Thank you all so much for the love and support and info and--- everything! You are one special group of campers and I feel very blessed to have you.
Happy fasting, y'all! I will be watching you!
Love to all,
Somer
