i found the below 2 sellers and they are cheaper than J.Crows and also they seem to be of good quality.
anyone has any experience with them ?

This is a reply to # 2,150,591I bookmarked a thread on here with very detailed instructions on making it at home (and it looked easy). I can't find the bookmark now, but when I start getting low on the Lugos I'll definitely be looking that back up. But it was something like 10% the cost of buying it from a manufacturer.

This is a reply to # 2,150,591I found a quality source of Lugol's and it's dirt cheap. This is the 5% soulution, not the 1/2 strength stuff.

This is a reply to # 2,150,658Your discovery is not exactly 5% iodine:
"Aqueous solution of 1.8% Iodine and 3.0%" potassium iodide. It is 4.8%
But still a great price for what you get.
* 2% Lugols Iodine = 3.1mg per drop ( Iodine 1.25 mg + Iodide 1. 875 mg )
* 5% Lugols Iodine = 6.25mg per drop ( Iodine 2.5 mg + Iodide 3.75 mg )

but it says it's not to be ingested !

This is a reply to # 2,151,074J Crow's MSDS says the same thing. MSDS data is provided to give legal protection to manufacturers from being sued by end users. They always overstate dangers. Of course it would be foolish to drink a whole bottle of Lugol's in one sitting. They don't want to decide what a safe dose is lest they get sued by someone who is sensitive therefore they say it is not to be ingested, external use only. If you didn't know, the majority of the medical community doesn't endorse Dr. Brownstein's ideas about Iodine supplementation. We know he is right (but take the co-factors also). Here is the MSDS for J. Crow's Lugol's solution:

Notice it says: HAZARDOUS IN CASE OF INGESTION
We know there are safe levels of ingestion.

This is a reply to # 2,150,591For what its worth, I bought from J. Crows and this was after I bought some nascent Iodine from alex jones. Price is immaterial to me. I want to buy from somebody I can trust.
