worms suck
Hi. No, diet alone won't kill them, but I think diet can be essential. To me, the trick is to use a 'starving them' diet with
the RIGHT worm killing protocol. You have to find something that works (kills the small ones as proof) and then do a hardcore diet along with it to really get them weak. And it also depends on the type of worm. I feel like I have ropes and a bad case of tapes (i feel them all over, at differing lengths. Some feel very long and thin/in thigh, while others feel a few inches). I'm guessing tape because of their length and because, I too have a huge central one and it can make my stomach feel completely 'hollow' when it wants food. An aching, 'empty' feeling, as if I hadn't eaten in days. This makes me feel like starving it can work when/if coupled with the right protocol. So, my current plan is to target the tapes first while chipping away at the ropes in small intestines with enzymes & fenbend, but I have yet to find something to work against the tapes (both systemic and gut). These bast*rds are strong. Once I find something that works against the tapes, I will start a 30 day juice fast and maybe allow myself green salads with lots of carrots, celery, daikon radishes, in the evening. Just my theory. But strict diet has to be done in CONJUNCTION with an effective worm killer.....and the diet has to be hardcore...eating NOTHING they would like for a length of time. I read about one naturopath who said she had been
parasite cleansing for a few years and that nothing worked better than when she committed to a 30 day fast where she had nothing but juices and ate lots of hot peppers. But until you find something that shows promise, strict diet won't do much. It will just depress you. lol. At least for me. A strict diet that ISN'T showing results is just depressing :/
