I casually bought some chewable Vitamin C today, orange flavour. They were tasty so while reading something I started eating one buy one as I have a bit of a sweet tooth. Ate almost the whole packet, each one was 200mg. I know you cannot overdose on Vit C so I was not concerned.
After 20 mins I started feeling my liver kinda swell, and could feel by bowels working. Run to the toilet and expelled around 20 things floating on the surface! Took some pics for you, for sure some were flukes. Not sure about the rest, would be nice if you could identify. I put gloves on and touched them and squeezed them. The one on the top left that looks like a mushroom was very meaty and not a mushroom for sure. Would not be squashed and was very springy.
After this I looked up Vitamin C and parasites and apparently it does expell parasites and you can actually perform such flush.
I have done 3 courses of Humaworm religiously and expelled hundreds of roundworms so I am really surprised I am still infested... have done 10 Liver Flushes so far so I can see I stil have flukes to deal with :(

This is a reply to # 2,144,282oh sorry, i read that wrong. I really need to try the large vit c doses. There is a clinic near me that does Vit C IV therapy, but they want me to get blood work done to test my kidney's before they will administer it. I'm getting it done next Monday.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,144,284Well I plopped 10 effervescent tablets in a glass of water which is 10,000 grams and so waiting to see the effect. I live in Jordan and we have no access to normal de-wormers. I am sure we all have lots of worms and as long as you are eating meat, fruit and veggies you are susceptible again.

This is a reply to # 2,144,284As luck would have it, my light burned out in my bathroom last night and so cannot say if I passed anything or not but it definitely caused some rumbling and lots of trips to the bathroom and irritation. I was reading up on this protocol and it says to take 5000 per day in divided dosages. Here in Jordan this protocol alone would cost $50 a month. But if it helps then may be worth the investment. Dr. Mercola said anyone who took 6000 grams or more of vitamin c would add 20 years to their life. So I may up it to 6000. lol.

This is a reply to # 2,144,361Oh that is a shame.. I bought that Vitamin C for £0.80 in the budget grocery shop Aldi in the UK. So it means that the cheapest Vit C works.. Will look up the protocol you are talking about and will do it for sure at some point.
I was going to do a Leaky gut protocol for the next 30 days but now I am not sure if I should concentrate on removing parasites instaed. Not sure about the correct order, can anyone advise?- Re: Vitamin C flushed out parasites ... sd2345

This is a reply to # 2,144,411Yes, I'm not sure about doing so much Vit C constantly, but if you have found something that is clearing out parasites.....continue while they are weak and you are on a roll! You will find your leaky gut problems get better, if not cured in time. During this period, Enema's or bowel cleansing will help greatly.

This is a reply to # 2,144,437Thank you for your reply! I am taking psyllium husk right now, to help absorb junk that came out with the Vit flush.
I was thinking of doing the Vit C flush maybe 3 more times, say every 5 days, and take psyllium daily. Then start a Humaworm for 30 days, followed by a Liver Flush or two. Take coconut oil throughout, say one teaspoon daily.. then maybe do a leaky gut protocol for 30 days as I already bought the MSM and zinc etc. needed. Then do kefir daily to restore gut flora.
I thought I was half way through total detox but appears it takes much longer (over a year of detoxing now). If anyone has any comments about the above plan of action, let me know! :)
Also I drink a liver detox tea daily, bought a packet so one week left. I take fish oil daily and also one milk thistle pill daily. Of course once I start doing a protocol I will stop the additional supplements, I am 'between protocols' so supplementing with these.

This is a reply to # 2,144,437I am quite in touch with my body so it tells me it doesn't want any more Vit C for now after this flush. Once I feel like eating all these orange flavour pills, I will do.
I kinda believe the body knows what it needs, why else would I have this sudden urge to consume 48 vit C tablets in 10 mins yesterday! :D
