Haha, yes, not as pretty. It's sounds like they're whining, "why me, why me! Stop drowning us in those herbs! Why is she doing this to us! Whaaaaaa."

Bentonite clay shake. The "shake" part is misleading because it ain't nothing like a delicious shake ;-) But it's not horrible. I add a few Tbs of unsweetened pomegranate juice to a half glass of water (helps with taste) and add a scoop of Colonix (which has a psylluim mix, but sometimes add a separate small scoop of Terramin clay) and now I let it thicken a tiny bit before gulping, because I want it to start to congeal in small intestines and also I feel like if it a little thick already going down, it will be able to 'catch' any off guard ones and trap them in the 'quick sand' of my congealing PB shake, lol. But it thickens quick, so you need to watch it and stir to check consistency. Once it gets too thick, it will be almost impossible to get down. So, once it's just slightly starting to thicken, start drinking! Big gulps to just get it down.
The Colonix mix is pretty pricey, so you could also get plain psylluim husk powder from Whole Foods for like 12 bucks. Maybe less. One thing is that these "shakes" will constipate a little. After about 30 mins after ingesting, start drinking a few glasses of water and maybe even some henna tea or some LBB (Lower Bowel Balance, which has Cascara Sagrada) before bed to help move the PB out the next day.

parasites are notorious for being more active at night. Mine don't follow any schedule, they are active just whenever. Mostly when they are being attacked, by me and or when the like something I have eaten. I had to give up glorious avocado and delectable portabello's because they LOVE them. I read someone describe this as feeling like a pack of wolves were feasting. Totally accurate description. Is this REALLY my life right now? Oh the humanity...
