If I don't keep my lips moisturized then they seem to build up with this thin skin-like layer. Honestly I haven't kept them un-moisturized long enough to see whether they build up more than that thin skin-like layer.

And like I have said many times, yes I am thrilled to have my lips in this condition. But that doesn't mean that I shouldn't continue to try and fix it completely. I know to people who still have full blown EC this might sound petty, but even in their current condition I still think about them a lot. Always making sure they are moisturized, drinking so I don't rub off my moisturizer etc. And most of all I hate walking up to girls with crap all over my lips lookin like lip gloss and shit.

I just don't come on here as much anymore because honestly this site seems to just go in circles anyways lol.

Don't want to sound like an ass, but I feel like you have asked me this same question a lot now. My lips haven't really changed and neither has my opinion on trying to fix them completely.
