I did 3 days of enema with diluted ACV, garlic, pau d'arco, and probiotics. The smell was bad at first, and there were fluffy white stuff and short strings of brown/black, probably candida. The more I did the enemas, the darker the results were and there were strong odors. It really smelled like homeless people, the rank urine and city smell. One time, I saw tiny dots of red, maybe blood? It must've been a sign of parasites. The enemas didn't hurt at all or make me feel nauseous, but this morning I felt nauseous and tired after eating a big meal with a lot of bacon, butter, and cheese. My insides were fine yesterday (the 3rd day of enema), and now (at 6pm) it feels fine though it still feels a little "different"/empty/whatever. There were no sharp pains, it just feels sore and I was wondering if it's normal. Is this a die off, a "healing crisis", a result of a cleansed intestine, or was I too harsh with my ingredients and didn't dilute enough? If this is a 'healing crisis', maybe it means I should continue the enema, just not with ACV or garlic. I don't know.
The enemas in detail:
Day 1:
1. A
quart of enema with a teabag of pau d'arco, and 2 small garlic. I never crush my garlics. I didn't install the
quart all at once, I used half a
quart first, evacuated, and then readministered another half
quart. Total retain time was an hour.
Day 2:
1. At morning, I did a quart with 2 tablespoon ACV, 1 tbspn
Sea Salt , 3 un-chopped garlic cloved left in hot water, 1 teabag pau d'arco. I retained this for 10 minutes and then evacuated.
2. Soon after, I then administered another quart of water, but with pau d'arco and 1 tbspn acv. I retained this for 30 minutes.
2. At night, 1 quart with 2 tbspn acv, 1 tbspn
Sea Salt , used pau d'arco teabags and the same garlic as before. It was hard to retain this so I shot about 1/4 quart in, dispelled, shot another in, dispelled, and I retained for a total of 25 minutes.
3. After evacuating, I administered 1/4 quart of probiotic enema and retained that for 12 minutes.
Day 3:
1. A quart with 1 tbspn acv, 1 tbspn
Sea Salt , 4 diced garlic simmered in hot water, 1 teabag of pau'darco. I retained for 10 minutes before evacuating. Then, I used a quart of water with 1 half tbspn of acv and half tbpsn of sea salt, dispursed after 15 minutes.
2. 3/4 quart of Probiotic enema for 20 minutes.
I am not thinking of continuing the enemas any time soon, I think a 3 day regimen is enough. I will probably do another enema with coconut oil or coffee in the future, I just don't know when. If you have suggestions, that would be great.
