The first thing I would do, is start the Gerson
coffee enema to dump the toxic load from your system. I have been where you are and am now about 95% healed. The off-gassing from the parastic/microbial load is really hard on your organs. If you get into the routine of starting this process in the morning you can keep things more stable until you get a handle on what protocol is working for you.
Take your D3 but if high dose it's been suggested to add vit K2.
I would also look into Lugals Iodine, I think these supplements are crucial (I was extremely deficient in all).
Not to fret!! You can heal you just have to pay attention to what is working for you and trust your instincts. I presume when people get well they leave this forum, because I have to admit it's much harder to look back and share when your feeling better..
Scabdraggr's protocol is a great base to work from. I found Fenbendazole to be the only med (took them all) to actually alleviate symptoms. I think there are too many new species to depend on the common
parasite types. I also purchased half the supplement store although these herbals/supplements were somewhat interesting, I feel the
parasites of today are just to resilient (Also ordered many meds from Dr. Chieu)..
After I got things stable (Fenbenz 7 days) I started some natural but complicated cleanses (not food related) but thats another topic for now. If you can try the
coffee enemas make sure you investigate what exits and take photos so you can post for assistance if you can't identify your visitors.
If you chose to start the Fenbenz, best to use a low level enema (warm water, not coffee) again to check what exits.
I understand natural is everyone's first choice...but personally it seemed the herbs just made things more resistant, although herbs, antimicrobials are great once you tip the scale.
