The narrated version is a bit more comprehensible-

Allow me to embark into some "crazy talk" that most will attribute to delusions.
The vid is way over my head, but it seems to me she is on the right path. Her hormone theories could be related to what I've seen with my PATM. During my full Morgellons bloom in 2011, I made 98% of the population in my proximity itch. I've healed a lot, and now the sign has subsided to a more sellect group. They are now, in order of incidence: Girls who I'm attracted to, girls who seem like they are attracted to me, smart older women who were hot when they were young, smart dudes. The really unhealthy looking people I would expect to itch the most itch the least. I know it sounds cray-cray, but I have to be real in sharing this.
"Jeez Threader, you've really gone off the deep end with these statements, but I'll play along. So who were the 2% that were unaffected during your 'bloom'?"
Prepubescent kids and certain old Native American farmer types with leatherskin.
Another aspect of the vid I liked is the reference to people growing bug parts. An exterminator examined my skin debris collection during the aforementioned "full bloom". His response was, "No bugs, but that sure looks like a leg and that appears to be a thorax." During that time I saw skin debris that looked just like leaves, stool material that looked like roots. I shed material from the skin that resembled products I ingested - within a couple of seconds after ingesting them! Those were tough times, but I feel like they offered clues that the right researcher could benefit from.
Finally, anything that relates Morgellons roots to the Bay Area makes my ears perk up. I have no evidence but following accounts of posters makes me real suspicious of S.F.
Keep up the good work Skizit!
