I am trying to work out if candida is causing my overwhelming fatigue and was wondering if any of this sounds familiar to anyone or if it is a sign of candida. Thanks
When I eat only meat and vegetables I feel a bit better for a while but the improvement doesn't seem to progress. However after a few weeks I eat some fruit it seems to give me a noticeable energy lift.
If I then eat sugar, dairy or grains I occasionally get slight stabbing pains in the stomach and a creamy sensation/texture in the mouth.
If I continue to eat these things the pain and mouth symptom either seem to go away or you just don't tend to notice them anymore. I never noticed them before going on the diet either.
I have tested negative to candida on stool testing.
So my questions are
Any of this sound familiar to anyone?
Does this sound like candida?
How likely is it I stop seeing improvement on the diet because of die off? And then the fruit makes me feel better because I am appeasing the candida?
Or is it more likely that I am trying to run my body on to little carbs/sugar?
How effective are garlic and ginger against candida?
