Re: Could someone give me some advice please
It definitely could be a form of candida. But I am not a doctor or a health professional. I'm only giving you an opinion based on my own reading from internet sources (and one really great book I have at home). I had to try and find out a lot of stuff for myself because I didn't have access to a good doctor for a couple of years.
Myself, and two of my closest friends have never had to watch our diet in our early adult years, but now that we're in our mid to late 30s, all sorts of weird discomforts have been taking place. But we've got on top of things by changing our diets. I also did a pretty serious cleanse, but I'll tell you more about that if you want to go down that road.
What are your eating habits with regard to
a) Sweet things
b) Dairy
c) Fruit
d) Vegetables
e) Meat
I believe this lady has the right idea about eating:

In an ideal world I would follow her advice to the letter. Why? Because when I do eat like this, I feel great. Now, I was unsuccessful in following her diet, so I had to knock my nasty candida fungi (or whatever it was) with a serious cleanse.
