Already made a post about this with some tips:

They do sell and despatch legitimate medicine, but there is indeed also something dodgy going on with their payments.
I had assumed that the problem was with their intermediary payment system that they used for cards (same one that drugstore4save.com used, and I got identical spam email to unique addresses that I used for both of these sites making me think it was this).
However, the fact that they asked you several times for your card info reminds me of something which makes me not so sure of that. I had already had money stolen after the first time I tried to order (unsuccessfully) by card from them, but after instead using bank transfer was satisfied with the quality of medicine that I ordered a second time, but knew to use bank transfer only as then only I would control the amount of money going out. However, the odd thing I noticed was that this second time when I tried to order by bank transfer I got a phone call from a guy with an Indian accent trying to encourage me to pay by credit card instead -- I ignored him and insisted I wanted to do bank transfer. Again, the meds received were good quality (though the Albendazole they sent is Zydus Cadila Zybend brand and not Glaxosmithkline Zentel brand as they had stated, however, this substitute still seems to be of legitimate good quality).
At that time I was more concerned with health than following up on getting money back, but now I am on the path to recovery and felling a bit better will have to chase this up (officially diagnosed by the health system of gnathostomiasis via blood test, so no longer need to use these methods as they don't think I am crazy any more!)
