for YEARS, i have had terrible digestive issues - every time i eat, i get painfully bloated. my food takes hours and hours to digest and just sits in my stomach and esophagus, resulting in terrible heartburn whenever i eat.
i have been tested for thyroid function,
food allergies , etc.. i've even had colonoscopies and endoscopies to try to figure out what's wrong with me, and no one has ever been able to nail it down.
i've been on a candida diet for the past 8 months, with few improvements.. in fact, i seem to be able to eat less and less all the time - i get so bloated when i eat anything, that it's hard to actually eat any amount of food.
the other night i had what the doctor thought was a "gallbladder attack". i was violently ill, INCREDIBLY bloated, and my heart was beating a million miles a minute.
after reading about gallbladder issues, it really makes sense that this might actually be what i am dealing with.
listed with the digestive symptoms of gallbladder issues are: brain fog, anxiety, chronic fatigue (no energy whatsoever), and dry eyes and skin.. all of which i have experienced INTENSELY.
anyway, i am going to go to the doctor and have some tests done to figure out if my gallbladder is the problem.
it seems that gallbladder removal is one option if this is indeed what's bothering me. what are your opinions on that?
are there other, better options? do gallbladder/
Liver Flushes ACTUALLY do anything, or are you just seeing clumps of coagulated oil and thinking they're stones?
have any of you with severe issues like this ever been able to get back to normal and eat without being sick/beat the brain fog, fatigue, etc.?
any help is verrrry much appreciated.
